George Abyad is of Armenian descent and as I obtain more information about him I shall add it.

This CD contains a number of instrumentals based on traditional Armenian and Anatolian folk melodies, together with several improvisations. George Mgrdichian is one of the masters of the Armenian style and this CD deserves a place in any collection.
